By booking a training session with Donovon Jack Basketball Training, you acknowledge and agree to the following refund and rescheduling policy. This policy is in place to ensure fairness to both the business and clients. Please review all terms carefully before making a booking.
Refund & Rescheduling Policy
At Donovon Jack Basketball Training, we strive to provide a reliable and professional training experience. To ensure smooth scheduling while maintaining flexibility, we have the following refund and rescheduling policies:
1-on-1 Training

All bookings are pending confirmation until the training location is secured.

If the requested time is unavailable, we will offer alternative dates or apply the payment as a credit toward a future session.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for rescheduling or credit toward a future session.

No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session.
Small Group Training

All bookings are pending confirmation based on facility availability.

If the facility is unavailable, we will offer alternative dates or apply the payment as credit toward a future session.

Refunds will only be issued if no suitable alternative is available.

Cancellations made by participants at least 48 hours in advance may receive credit toward a future session, but this does not guarantee a refund.
Team Training

Due to the coordination involved in team sessions, all bookings require advance confirmation and are pending facility availability.

If the requested time or facility is unavailable, we will provide rescheduling options or apply the payment as a credit toward a future session.

Cancellations made by teams at least 72 hours in advance may receive credit for future sessions.

No refunds will be issued for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
